AI email agent · Approval-first, never auto-send

Your inbox, run from one chat

Stop managing email. Start commanding it. reply2mail is the AI assistant that runs your inbox from one chat — Gmail, Outlook, Yandex, or any IMAP server. "Delete the invoice." "Move Sarah's meeting to 1pm." "Archive the unread." You type, it acts. Reads, drafts, schedules, and learns how you work. Every destructive action waits for your OK — never auto-send.

A different philosophy

AI shouldn’t turn into your problem by sending the wrong mail to the wrong customer.

Most products in this category pitch auto-send. We do the opposite: every destructive action waits for on-screen approval. Your data doesn’t sit on a shared disk next to other tenants — it lives on your own server, optionally a single-tenant VPS.

Most competitors
  • ×Auto-send: the agent dispatches mail without confirmation; a wrong-customer reply isn’t undoable.
  • ×Shared SaaS: your data sits in the same DB as every other tenant.
  • ×Locked to Gmail / Outlook: Yandex, your Exchange or your own mail server isn’t supported.
reply2mail
  • Approval-first: every send, delete, calendar cancel waits for explicit on-screen confirmation.
  • Business plan ships on a single-tenant VPS: your data is never co-tenanted.
  • Any IMAP inbox: Gmail, Outlook, Yandex or your own mail server.

reply2mail for…

Same agent, three very different inboxes.

The AI email assistant that runs your inbox from chat

Inbox, calendar, memory and rules — all in one chat, in plain language.

Manage email from chat

"Delete the invoice", "move Sarah’s meeting to 1pm", "archive all unread" — you type, the agent does it.

AI-drafted replies

Drafts first, sends after your approval. Picks up your tone and signature on its own.

Calendar control with conflict detection

Say "Project 10, Sarah 13, current 15" once — the agent updates all three and flags the overlap itself.

Memory that keeps your context

"Remember this", "forget that" works. Notes, contacts, past threads become context.

Rules you teach in chat

Add, temporarily disable, re-enable rules — all in chat. Escalate invoices, ignore newsletters, etc.

Safe bulk actions

"Delete all newsletters", "mark everything read" — one approval, capped at 200/run, full report back.

Allowed senders and required approval

The agent works only with the senders you allow; every destructive action (delete, send, forward) needs approval.

Turkish and English support

Replies in the email's language; say "switch to English" and it does. Turkish characters, dates and money formats handled correctly.

Daily brief and clear credit usage

Say "hi" for a daily brief. Every reply shows how many credits it cost, in a subtle grey footer.

Real examples

What you write, what the agent does

No forms, no menus. Type in plain English or Turkish — the agent handles it.

YouHi
Gives a daily brief: unread count, today's events, any conflicts.
YouHow many unread emails do I have?
Real IMAP count, not the cache.
YouWrite a short intro email to Umut
Shows the full body with your signature first; sends only after approval.
YouMove Sarah's meeting to 1pm
Matches by name, no ID guessing; flags any new conflict.
YouProject 10, Sarah 13, current 15
Updates all three in one call and reports the conflict-free schedule back.
YouArchive unread newsletters
Filtered, archived up to 200 with one approval, full report back.
YouAlways escalate invoices to me
Saves as a rule. Say "disable rule X" to pause it without deleting.
YouScan my mailbox, read the bodies, fill memory yourself
Finds top senders, money mentions, phone numbers; writes one memory note — no LLM, cheap.
YouRemember: customer X wants a meeting Friday
Saves to memory and pulls it back when relevant.
YouAdd a meeting with Ali tomorrow 2pm — but check for conflicts first
Checks your calendar first, creates the event if clear, suggests alternatives if not.

Set up your AI assistant in three steps

Setup takes a few minutes — no code, no plugins.

1

Connect your email

Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP provider. Connects in seconds with an app password.

Onboard the agent in chat

Tell the agent your tone, signature and rules. "Always escalate invoices to me" is enough — it remembers.

3

Run the inbox by typing

Read mail, draft replies, schedule meetings, find conflicts, bulk archive — all from one chat screen.

Security & privacy

We take your email seriously

Opening your inbox to an AI takes trust. We earn it line by line.

TLS end-to-end

Every connection to your mail provider goes over TLS; HSTS on, strict CSP.

Passwords encrypted at rest

Your IMAP/SMTP password lives encrypted in the DB (Fernet). Leaks reveal nothing in plaintext.

Approval on every destructive action

Sending, deleting, cancelling a meeting — the agent can't do any of it alone. You confirm first.

3-year audit log

Every critical action (who, when, which IP) lives in its own table for 3 years. Visible to you anytime.

Dedicated server (Business)

In the Business plan we deploy reply2mail to a VPS dedicated to you — single-tenant, your data never shares a host with another customer.

GDPR-compliant

Delete your data, export it, browse the audit log — one click each from the dashboard.

Why we built this

Your inbox should be a partner during the day, not a pit

While building a previous SaaS I was drowning under 70-100 mails a day. Auto-reply plugins didn't help — I didn't want a template, I wanted a teammate I could tell "delete the invoice", "move Sarah's meeting to 1 pm", "archive unread newsletters".

Could a chat-driven AI agent actually do it? Yes — but only if it asked for approval on every destructive action, took data seriously, and was honest when it got something wrong. Those three constraints came first; we built the product around them.

Today reply2mail is a real chat-driven agent with 60+ tools. Use it for a week and watch the busywork drop out of your inbox.
