Email [email protected]. We answer within two business days, usually sooner. For a problem with a request, include the X-Request-Id header of the response and the time it happened; never send a password or an API key.

Security reports go to the same address; please mark the subject "Security".

Disconnect an app or delete an API key

• Sign in at https://dash.reply2mail.app and open Integrations.
• Connected apps (Claude, ChatGPT): choose Revoke to disconnect the app. It stops working with your mail on its next request. Removing reply2mail inside Claude or ChatGPT stops that product from using it; disconnecting in reply2mail ends it on our side too.
• API keys: choose Revoke. The key stops working at once and cannot be used again. Pause stops it temporarily.
• Requests that were still waiting for your approval are cancelled when you revoke or disconnect.
• If you think a key was leaked, revoke it immediately and create a new one.

Your account and data

• To delete your reply2mail account and its data, write to the address above from the email address of the account.
